Set in the Green Rolling Hills of South Gippsland, between Melbourne and Wilsons Prom, Lyre Bird Hill produces classic cool climate wines made from Estate Grown and grapes grown locally. The varieties processed are pinot noir, shiraz and cabernet sauvignon (reds), riesling, chardonnay, traminer and sauvignon blanc (whites). As well as dry table wines, sparkling wines and a dessert wine are also hand made on the property.
