Book Direct with the Owner at Blue Gum Forest with Tourism Bookings in Blackheath, for all your restaurant and Food Reservations.
Six different ways in and out - all of them strenuous - lead to this fabled forest deep in the Grose Valley. The area was set aside for conservation some 20 years before the Blue Mountains National Park was created. The walk however is well worth the effort for the more experienced walker and you should take some time to rest and gaze up at the massive trees, set among a grass and fern understorey. As it is a five hours walk each way you may chose to camp overnight at nearby Acacia Flat (about 500 metres to the right). Camping is not permitted in Blue Gum Forest.Tourism Bookings welcomes Blue Gum Forest in Blackheath NSW, we offer an experience that takes you on a journey of a life time in Blackheath.
